How can I tell a good executive recruiter from a bad one?

Answered By Carl Turnbuckle, Editor

There may be a need for you to contact quite a number of recruiters first before you end up with having the good one. It is important that you find one that matches your personality, professional needs and specializes in your field. Be cautious for the one you picked may not serve your real purpose of looking for the right job. A good one knows what you deserve and carefully chooses the accurate job for you, on the contrary a bad one just gives you options without looking at your preferences. Better know your recruiter well for it may be too late if you found that you've contacted the wrong person.
